Film developed is a European project managed by an association of Spanish, French, Italian, Belgian and British organizations and coordinated by the University of Zaragoza. The objective of the project is determined from the film promote a thematic tourist route , with the object European cinema . In this context, the "Road Cinema" project "starts from experience in tourism, which represents an enormous value for both the film industry and European cultural heritage.
The Film Route will show the inspiring role that the charming little towns and panorama of Europe played in film shoots.
Through the selection of films, the Route will be representative of the way heritage, history, shared values, traditions, and European social, cultural and vital atmospheres appear through a structured network movie rentals.
The project is organized in three phases with the following expected results:
1.
The first phase is to establish a film list, locations and directors to present to an expert panel - Delphi Technique. Then, from that, the films associated with a high potential will be cataloged, and threshold criteria for the selection of the site "FIMSET" will be established with the resources of the films themselves. The assessment of cities is carried out on the basis of several criteria, such as artistic merit, public success, historical content, social impact and visual attractiveness.
2.
In the second phase, the project aims to create a network that will link the cities of the films selected during Phase 1. A group of professionals selected from both the public and private sectors will be involved in the project for the future sustainability of the project. Product thematic transnational product.

From the analysis of phases 1 and 2, during the third phase, the consortium will carry out the following actions:

Preparation of a website for the Route des Films
b.
Establishment of homogeneous coding and signaling procedures.
c.
Preparing the idea for applications for "IOS" and "Android" devices
