Is an autonomous community of Spain, resulting from the historic kingdom of the same name and comprising the central section of the Ebro valley, the central Pyrenees and the Iberian Sierras. It is located in the north of Spain, and bordered on the north by France (Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrenees), on the west by the autonomous communities of Castilla-La Mancha, Castile and Leon, La Rioja, Navarra and by the east With Catalonia and the Valencian Community. It is defined in its Statute of Autonomy as a historical nationality.
